Revolution Road homes passed the Armadale Redevelopment Authority's (ARA) Sustainability Audit to achieve a 5-Star Plus energy rating.
The Audit is built into the Development Application process to help improve sustainability of developments.
Minimum requirements include renewable energy, recycled content, building orientation and water efficiency.
The Seville Grove estate is also the first development in Western Australia to have mandatory rainwater tanks installed into houses for toilet flushing and laundry cold water washing.
